Our Client Administrator will have responsibilities in both client services and credit control:
Client Services
- Provide a high level of service whilst maintaining confidentiality
- Operate within company guidelines
- Represent the company in a professional and correct manner
- Ensure prepared communications are of the highest standard
- Seek to recommend alternative collection techniques and procedures are appropriate
- Develop a knowledge of clients and customers
Credit Control
- Manage credit function within agreed systems
- Review collection procedures with Client Managers
- Monitor collection performance and make recommendations for improvements
- Maintain accuracy of sales ledgers
- Monitor risk and possible fraud

Who we're looking for
Our Client Administrator should have the following background:
- Experience within a customer service call centre environment essential, ideally within Financial Services
- Knowledge of credit control and sales ledger procedures desirable
- Experience in providing world class customer service
- Impeccable communication skills and telephone manner
- Organised, motivated and good team player

Our client are a Financial Services provider with provisions in debt and credit loans. They are a world wide company with offices in 10 countries, including Australia, USA, Canada, India and Germany. This position is based in their Edinburgh office.
