Supplier Statement Reconciliations

You will be highly numerate, with previous reconciliations experience preferably covering supplier statement reconciliations.

You will be able to manage your time effective and be confident in liaising with internal and external clients to establish necessary details.

Who we're looking for

A leading business services organisation based on the outskirts of Cardiff.  With operations throughout the UK and a high profile client base they are viewed as a leader in the industry.

About our client

Reporting directly to the Financial Director you will be responsible for completing the triangulation exercise for the top 20 suppliers within the business.

Triangulation involves identifying whether the liability statement is provided for within the accounts.

Duties will include:

• Interrogation of the supplier ledger to establish if invoices have been subsequently paid
• Management of purchase orders - establishing if they have been raised and the status of the PO
• Identifying whether a manual accrual has been raised and resolving any related issues
