Payroll Officer

Main Duties 

  • Processing the monthly payroll for 300 employees.
  • Collating all the information for processing
  • Producing pension reports, and payslips
  • Dealing with relevant payroll/hr queries.
  • Assisting with HR administration i.e. offer letters, uniforms, etc.
  • Developing and implementing payroll policies and processes
  • Assisting in monthly reconciliations and year end audits
  • Liaising with the Financial Director and Finance Accountant to ensure the smooth running of the payroll and to balance nominal transactions.
