Payroll Administrator
Crewe • Permanent • £20000 - £22000

Duties will include:
- General Admin – Answering telephones / taking messages etc
- Attaining ID from contractors in line with legislation
- Ensuring CVs attached to recruitment database records
- Terminating contracts within systems
- Keeping main systems up to date with new starters and leavers
- Dealing with all payroll enquires that come into office (Missing log on details for both contractors & authorisers, Chasing up unauthorised time-sheet)
- Tracking missing payments
- Online phone queries

The successful Payroll Administrator will:
- Be a strong communicator
- Have a strong payroll background
- Be capable of working on their own initiative and within a small team
- Be able to produce accurate work when working to tight deadlines
- Be able to quickly adapt to the business and understand the industry needs
