HR Administrator
London EC • Temporary - £12.00 per hour

You will provide a generalist HR administrative service to the generalist HR team:
• Collation of employee records
• Preparing and issuing written correspondence
• Production of reports
• Maintenance and reconciliation of organisation charts and resourcing plans with the HR database system (Oracle HRMS)
• Progressing staff changes
• Resolution of ad-hoc queries
• Provide basic advice and guidance to line managers and employees on a range of HR policies and procedures and resolve basic HR queries.
Who we're looking for
You must be fast learning, with excellent administrative skills and willing to accept the challenge of an ever-evolving HR department. You will have a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail, demonstrating excellent organisational skills and be able to effectively communicate with a range of employees from senior managers to supervisor and support staff. You will be self-motivated, with excellent IT and numeric and analytical skills, with a strong customer and delivery focus.
About our client
A large national transport company based in Central London is looking for a strong HR Administrator that has experience of providing a comprehensive generalist service to a large client group. Reporting to the HR Manager, you will have administrative responsibility for dedicated customers within the multi-site client base of approx 1200+ permanent employees
