This is an exciting, challenging and varied role. As the Graduate Recruitment Advisor, you will have responsibility for promoting the Firm to law students by helping with advertising and marketing initiatives; attending law fairs and producing regular newsletters.
You will also have ownership for the administration of the end-to-end Recruitment process from advert to appointment. You will get involved with the ongoing development of trainee solicitor as well as building relationships with law students and future trainees.
In addition to this, you will be in charge of administering various training courses, entertainment functions for trainees as well as organising the trainee secondments overseas.
Who we're looking for
- Graduate Calibre (essential)
- HR experience in a law firm or professional services environment (essential)
- Graduate Recruitment experience (desirable)
- Excellent communication skills necessary to succeed in a partnership environment.
