Customer Service Advisor

Working within a call centre environment, you will be responsible for providing a high level of telephone Customer Service to customers, clients and partners. You will contribute to the development of a strong customer relationship by understanding individual customer requirements. Ensure customer records are updated accurately, and contribute to ad-hoc projects and initiatives.
Who we're looking for
- Previous experience of delivering excellent customer service, in a professional and efficient manner.
- A clear and positive telephone manner
- A strong communicator and adaptable team player
- PC skills, including MS Word and MS Excel
- Educated to GCSE level
