The purpose of the role is to coordinate training requirements within the business to ensure managers and staff at all levels perform to the best of their ability and have a positive impact on the probability of the company.
The key objectives of the role include:
Full understanding of system & business processes
Coordinate Training cycle within the business
The Training Coordinator will establish excellent working relationships with both internal and external contacts at all levels across Group
Initiate and maintain good relationships with all staff to facilitate feedback of information to Senior Training Supervisor and Training Manager
To coordinate the Apprenticeship programme
Responsibility for Management Reporting in absence of Manager
Coordinate training requirements to ensure optimum use of Training Budget with the aim of rationalising spend across the business
Keeps abreast of current training methodologies in line with the requirements of the company
Work to achieve ISO 9000 series accreditation and IIP with Senior Training Supervisor and Training Manager.
