Accounts Administrator

Bridgend • Permanent • £15000 - £17500

Working in an established and developing accounts function you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team.  Duties will include:

  • Accurate and timely input of payroll data ready for monthly processing
  • Processing and input of financial information in order for invoices to be raised
  • Weekly payment runs
  • Updating supplier details
  • Daily management of incoming and outgoing post
  • Filing of invoices and additional financial documentation
  • Issuing letters to clients and contractors
  • Ad-hoc administrative duties and support to the team

Who we're looking for

Candidates must have a proven track record in administration and be able to demonstrate high levels of organisation and a good knowledge of IT systems to include word and excel.  A knowledge of SAP would be an advantage.
