Account Clerk

Leeds • Permanent • £15000 - £16000

The role of the Finance Assistant will be rather varied tasks from day to day. You will have to build relationships with not only the customers and suppliers, but also the Directors and Sales team. The main duties will include:

  • Sales invoice processing
  • Sales Ledger receipts posting
  • Support on Sales Billing system of maintenance of accounts and customer quires
  • Credit Control
  • Revenue and commission reporting
  • Analysis of expenditure for corporation tax purposes
  • Housekeeping on Sage accounting system
  • Support Purchase Ledger processing as required
  • Some Ad-hoc duties

 

Who we're looking for

The type of person we are looking for is somebody with experience in Sales Ledger, have a confident telephone manner, be well organised and work well on their own initiative. If you feel that you posses all these qualities then this is the role for you.
