Due to the successful growth of the business a new role has been created to support the administration function and the Fee Earners of the business. This role will provide the right candidate with a varied and interesting role and a great challenge.

Your key responsibilities would be as follows:

• Liaising with the fee earners and assisting with the time recording of tasks and reporting on a daily basis
• Support the Fee Earners with ad hoc duties including improving methods and procedures
• Policy compliance
• Assist with financial and performance reports
• Assist with the cash flow reporting
• Banking and billing
• Assist with Human Resources
• Provide basic IT support

• A Trainee who has had some exposure of working within a law firm and is looking to develop their experience and skill set. You will have a great desire to learn and be interested in growing with the team as the business grows.

As the business will continue to grow and mature, it is a possibility that a Managing Executive role will develop.
