Areas of responsibility for the role of Admin Assistant will include:
- Dealing with all telephone queries
- Supporting the team as and when needed
- Dealing with emails and taking telephone messages
- Filing, faxing and photocopying
- Any ad hoc duties required
Who we're looking for
Key skills involved for the role of Admin Assistant will involve:
- Exposure to working within a Recruitment setting is essential
- A strong Administrative background is key to securing this role
- Fully PC Literate
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written
- Excellent organization skills with an ability to prioritise ones workload
- Educated to A Level stand (or equivalent) with a minimum of 5 GCSE’s C and above (or equivalent)
