Recruitment Assistant

Areas of responsibility for the role of Admin Assistant will include:

  • Dealing with all telephone queries
  • Supporting the team as and when needed
  • Dealing with emails and taking telephone messages
  • Filing, faxing and photocopying
  • Any ad hoc duties required
 

Who we're looking for

Key skills involved for the role of Admin Assistant will involve:

  • Exposure to working within a Recruitment setting is essential
  • A strong Administrative background is key to securing this role
  • Fully PC Literate
  • Excellent communication skills both oral and written
  • Excellent organization skills with an ability to prioritise ones workload
  • Educated to A Level stand (or equivalent) with a minimum of 5 GCSE’s C and above (or equivalent)
