The role of Recruiter is a pivotal role within this organisation and the main duties will include:
- Liaising with line managers regarding vacancies
- Communication with agencies regarding positions
- Creating web advertisements
- Arranging and carrying out initial interviews
Who we're looking for
The successful candidate must have a proven track record of recruitment. You must also be able to communicate effectively at all levels, good eye for detail and be able to commit for the length of the temporary assignment.
