A manager role with an allocated portfolio of varied clients.
A typical portfolio will comprise of general and specialist audit assignments
- Plan and manage assignments effectively and within the agreed timetable
- Motivating, developing and coaching the audit team and conducting evaluations of staff performance at the end of assignments, providing feedback
- Presentations to audit staff on new developments
- Develop network of contacts and cross-sell services

- Communicate effectively at all levels both internally and externally
- Relationship management skills with the ability to manage client expectations
- Team player with the ability to create, sustain and lead teams
- Act as a credible role model to more junior staff with strong coaching and feedback skills
