You will be responsible for generating fees and maximising the profitability of your own specialist market, using professional sales skills to develop strong relationships with your client base and candidates.Your role will be extremely varied and will include:
• Pro-actively developing relationships with your clients through regular contact, face-to-face meetings and providing a high quality recruitment service
• Identifying and developing new clients through commercial activity
• Extensive direct marketing of candidates and recruitment solutions to your clients
• Interviewing a wide variety of candidates and providing a consultative service to find them the right job
Who we're looking for
We are currently looking to recruit tenacious and driven Recruitment Consultants or Trainee Recruitment Consultants to join our existing teams. If you have previously worked within recruitment or business to business sales we have the training, resources and market reputation to enable you to fully realise your potential. Every Recruitment Consultant that joins Page Personnel receives comprehensive induction training and further training in the form of workshops and advanced courses throughout their career with us. Your personal development and progression are critical to us which will explain why 95% of our management appointments have been internal.
