Part Time Purchase Ledger Clerk

Kings Langley • Temporary - £11.00 per hour

 

About our client:

Our client is a well established manufacturing and installation business in the Kings Langley area of Watford / Hertfordshire.

Description:

The role of a Part Time Purchase Ledger Clerk will be covering all aspects of purchase ledger from start to finish but will only be required 3-4 days per week.  The role will include but not be limited to the following duties:

 

  • Invoice processing 200>300 per month
  • Credit cards
  • Expenses processing & payment
  • Cheque preparation
  • BACS payments
  • Dealing with suppliers
  • Invoice filing
  • Ad-Hoc
  • Help with auditors

Profile:

The successful candidate will be looking specifically for part time employment in and will be IMMEDIATELY AVAILABLE to interview and start.  The role is for 3 days and for 21.5 hours per week, equivalent to 3 full days.

 

It is essential that any applicant will be able to commit to the position to cover for a 5 month period and will be able to commute easily to Kings Langley.

Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
