About our client:
Our client is a private investment firm established in 2004, they are one of the largest investment firms focusing on Africa and are currently looking for a candidate to join their secretarial and business support team.
Description:
This is a front of house reception role working in a fasted paced environment completing the following duties:
-Manning switchboard, putting calls through and/or take messages
-Meeting and greeting visitors, prepare drinks, refreshment and working lunches
-Managing meeting rooms and tidy up after each meeting ready for the next meeting
-Photo copying, binding as required
-Arrange Friday in house team lunch – send out menu, taking orders from everyone, placing orders with restaurant, prepare meeting room for lunch
-Courier both location and international, order taxis
-Managing incoming posts and distribute them accordingly
-Filling up papers daily for photocopiers and change toners when required; order stationery if necessary
-Filling up kitchen supplies every morning
-Secretarial support for Associates including booking flights, hotel, arranging visa and preparing expense report;
Profile:
The successful candidate will have the following qualities:
-Proven background in a corporate environment
-Reception experience
-Strong attention to detail
-Ability to multi task and prioritise workload
-Bright and friendly attitude
Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
