Large business services organisation in High Wycombe seeking to employ a confident credit controller with a high volume collections background to join their finance team in the position of Credit Control Team Leader.

Description:
Within this role, the successful applicant will be responsible for collections on their own set of allocated accounts, working to KPI's targets for calls as well as the day to day responsibly of a small team of credit controllers.
Profile:
Ability to work under pressure and to targets
Previous staff supervisory exposure is an advantage
Excellent communication skills
PC literate with a good working knowledge of Excel
Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
