About our client:
As a global organisation they are an exciting organisation to work for. With offices across the UK and Asia they are offering a lucrative opportunity for a temporary Client Accountant to join the organisation and flourish as the business expands.
Description:
Successful candidates will have working knowledge and the capability to carry out:
- Trial Balance Reporting
- Vat Reporting
- Regular charges to tenants and any other ad hoc reports
- Service Charge Accounting
- Exposure to running a property portfolio
- Administration of Rent Deposits
- Liaise with service charge analysts to ensure all service charges in the portfolio are closed within 4 months of the service charge year end or within the contractually agreed deadlines
Profile:
The most suitable candidates will:
- Have working knowledge of property accounts or property VAT
- Have a Formal qualification: AAT or knowledge of basic accounting
- Have Knowledge of Service Charges which are applied to properties
- Be computer literate
- Have excellent communication skills
- Posess the ability to work under pressure and set own priorities
Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
What's on offer
Salary is between £24,000 and £30,000.
