Description:
- Manage the billing, revenue collection and query management functions
- Utilise Commercial systems, procedures and people resources to delivery an effective revenue management process.
- Implement strategy and tactical programmes who are key and strategic to profitability and Cash Flow
- To manage the equipment maintenance activity for the team and all of the Service Providers
Profile:
- Knowledge within a credit management role
- Order to cash processes
- Leading and developing teams
- Commercial knowledge gained in a business to business environment
- Service centre background ideally
- SAP literate
- Customer relationship management
- Ability to contribute to business/area strategy
Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
