Description:

Working alongside an experienced senior team, we are searching for a talented recruiter or sales professional who is looking to take the next step in their career. Page Personnel Secretarial and Business Support are not only looking to organically grow the strong existing senior support market but also looking to diversify into other markets. We are looking for potential managers and directors of the future whose planning and development of this growth will be integral to the role.

Initially the position will be managing a warm senior support market - a defined set of clients across Greater Manchester who range from multinational blue chips through to a diverse mix of SME clients. Working from an office based in the city centre of Manchester, you will be looking to build long term relationships with clients and to use the Michael Page network to identify and approach prospective clients.

Successful candidates will display the breadth of account management skills to take a sale from 'cradle to grave', have the speed of thought to up-sell and cross-sell, as well as possessing the resilience to develop a business.

Profile:

To be successful in this role, candidates will be bright and possess high levels of verbal dexterity, communication and reasoning. You must be able to display a track record of high achievement and experience in either a sales or recruitment sector. This role is aimed at someone with great potential who is looking for career development, with a business who will invest and support them to meet their own ambitions. In addition to all of the above, you will be a strong team player and enjoy having fun.

Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
