Description:
Page Personnel are searching for a Performance Analyst to join the distribution division of a large, successful company based in Rugby Warwickshire
Utilising forecasted volumes you will be responsible for creating a productivity budget designed to achieve relevant cost savings for the business, through improving performance and reducing indirect hours
You will perform trend analysis on various KPI’s within operations and provide a cost impact analysis to the business
Through Business Objects reports you will collate data for information analysis and develop weekly / monthly reports for department heads.
You will generate robust volume forecasts to enable cost efficient resource planning and new reports in Excel, Access, and SQL to enable tracking of operational costs.
Profile:
Candidates will have:
- Strong analytical skills,
- Excellent problem solving and decision making skills,
- A demonstrable knowledge in data-modelling,
- Good working knowledge of Excel and Access,
- Background within the distribution/ logistics industry is desirable
Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
What's on offer
