Payroller with Tempest

About our client:
A busy recruitment company based in W1 with a team of payrollers looking after temporary workers. They have just moved into newly refurbished offices just off Oxford Street.
Description:
This role requires an experienced payroller who has used Tempest in a previous position.
1) A Payroller may be responsible for the payment of either hourly, weekly or monthly paid staff. 2) Responsible for collating information relating to the payment of individuals – hours worked (timesheets), bonuses, commissions, adjustments to salary etc. 3) Input of above information onto the Payroll system. 4) If the payroll is computerised, it will probably be programmed and automatically work out tax, NI deductions, overtime rates. If the payroll is manual, tax will have to be worked out with reference to tax tables. 5) Arranging for cheques/direct debits/cash to be made payable to employees 6) Making payments to HMRC for NI and Tax. 7) Reconciliation of salaries to tax deductions from employees. 8) Processing starter and leaver details and bank details
Profile:
An experienced payroller with Tempest experience
Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
