About our client:
My client is a large public sector organisation with offices in various locations across East Sussex. They are currently looking for a Legal Secretary to support the legal department in central Lewes.
Description:
The purpose of the role is to provide administrative and secretarial support to the Solicitors within the organisation.
Responsibilities will include:
- Providing audio typing support
- Answering the telephone
- Opening and dispatching post
- Word processing
- Updating records
- Maintaining confidential correspondence.
Profile:
The successful candidate must have:
- Worked within a Legal Secretarial role previously
- Excellent audio typing skills
- The ability to maintain confidentiality
- Strong IT skills in particular MS Office
Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
