One of the leading research companies in Oxford, my client within a specific section of the market supplying the public and private sectors.
Description:
Our client, an exciting and dynamic company, is seeking an Accounts Payable Manager to work in their Shared Service Centre.
You will be reporting to the Head of Finance and will lead the accounts payable function and banking processes. This will involve Managing a team of 7 split across the UK and India.
Profile:
The right candidate must have the following:
- Proven experience of Managing a shared service centre including a strong background in AP and Bank reconciliation.
- Proven experience of working in a fast paced and relatively complex medium to large sized business.
- Able to provide strong leadership, vision and motivation to staff under their Management.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- The ability to build strong relationships internally and externally and influence at all levels.
- To be able to react quickly and professionally to changing environments.
- Strong evidence of accounting, bookkeeping and excel skills
- Previous and comprehensive use of Agresso
Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
