Invoicing Team Leader - Part Qualified

About our client:

Leading Financial Services organisation due to internal promotion are currently expanding their invoicing team and are now looking to hire a Team leader on a permanent basis.

Description:

Key Responsibilities

  • Raise purchase orders
  • Track spend on raised purchase orders
  • Process invoices
  • Validate and maintain data sources
  • Monthly reports detailing outstanding payments
  • Month end activities including Accrual process
  • Ensure internal and external customers adhere to processes
  • Reconcile between payments made and the general ledger
  • Supervise other team members in the absence of the Operations Manager.

 

Profile:

  • Part Qualified ACCA / CIMA or candidates who have the relevant skills and are looking to start study.
  • Previous ledger or reconciliations within a busy department.
  • Ideally candidates should have worked in a Shared Service environment.
  • Excellent advance skills - VLookups, and Pivot Tables
  • Microsoft Word
  • SAP experience - Ideal but not essential

Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
