Recruitment Coordinator - 6 Month FTC

About our client:

My client is a market leading, globally recognised finance organisation

Description:

Assist with all aspects of recruitment from initial request to onboarding and management of attrition and management information.

A recruitment coordinator is required to join an expanding team. My client would like someone who has a good telephone manner and is confident interviewing over the phone.

Profile:

  • The candidate needs to have some relevant experience as we need an individual who can be pro-active and pick the role up quickly 
  • In house/Internal recruitment experience is essential
  • Need to be available immediately or on short notice
  • A good decision maker
  • A confident person who is organised with a strong administration background, preferably in recruitment or HR
  • Good IT skills as you will be required to use Excel to update the recruitment plan
  • Communication skills are a must as the candidate will support the team conducting telephone interviews 

Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
