My client is a market leading, globally recognised finance organisation
Description:
Assist with all aspects of recruitment from initial request to onboarding and management of attrition and management information.
A recruitment coordinator is required to join an expanding team. My client would like someone who has a good telephone manner and is confident interviewing over the phone.
Profile:
- The candidate needs to have some relevant experience as we need an individual who can be pro-active and pick the role up quickly
- In house/Internal recruitment experience is essential
- Need to be available immediately or on short notice
- A good decision maker
- A confident person who is organised with a strong administration background, preferably in recruitment or HR
- Good IT skills as you will be required to use Excel to update the recruitment plan
- Communication skills are a must as the candidate will support the team conducting telephone interviews
Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
