Description:
In this position, you will be responsible for the following:
- Credit Control responsibility for the Nordic customer base
- Identifying accounts which require special attention
- Developing strong customer relationships
- Prioritising query resolution
- Handling delinquent accounts and negotiating payment
- Reconciling AR balances
Profile:
To be successful in your application you must fulfil the following criteria:
- Fluent in Swedish or Danish language (Swedish preferred)
- Proven track record in a Credit Control, dealing with complex accounts across country borders
- Excellent communication skills in English and Swedish
- Knowledge of SAP desirable
Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
