Contract Co-ordinator

Ealing / Hammersmith • Permanent • £20000 - £24000

 

About our client:

Established and recognised organisation

Description:

  • Input all contracts details onto ITSM ( Internal contracts management system )
  • Prepare quarterly reports to identify contracts due to expire in each financial quarter to assist in the renewal process.
  • Liaise with suppliers to obtain back off quotations and negotiate discounts
  • Manage contract term alignment
  • Investigate and resolve support contract queries
  • Support internal department on all support related queries
  • Ensure all contracts have a valid Service Level Agreement

Profile:

Ideally you will have experience within a Contract Administration position where you have investigated and resolved any queries related to the contract. 

You will be a confident, organised, self starter with excellent communication and analytical skills.A strong team player able to establish strong working relationships with all levels of internal and external contacts.

Ability to work to deadlines and raise escalations is key.

Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
