Demand Planner

The role will be both challenging and rewarding for the successful candidate, who will be expected to represent confidently and professionally, the Business Management Group at regular meetings, held in both London and Fareham. The position will suit individuals who display high energy, are flexible, enthusiastic and confident and thrive on working on their own initiative.     The successful candidate will develop a thorough understanding of the product line position and business issues through continuous monitoring and analysis of brand performance. They will be responsible for the preparation of new product forecasts and sell in sell thru data and will work closely with brand management to provide relevant statistical support and analysis.

The ideal candidate will be proficient in the use of Excel, including advanced spreadsheet tools. Accuracy and attention to detail, as well as ability to understand the broader picture is essential. They will demonstrate a high standard of analytical ability, combined with strong numerical skills, as well as an ability to communicate with all levels of the business. You will also need to be self motivated with the ability to work to tight deadlines. Previous demand planning or forecasting experience is essential, preferably using SAP. A sound knowledge of the supply chain is essential.
