Business/Private Personal Assistant - High Profile Designer

We are currently seeking a top level Personal Assistant to be the right hand support to a high profile designer.  This will be a very intense and challenging, yet interesting role which will see you doing everything from scheduling and attending business meetings to booking personal appointments, dealing with all correspondence, travelling with the designer and everything in between.   We are looking for someone who has very strong organisational skills and lots of common sense.

This is not a 9-5 role and will require a candidate who is comfortable working the hours required to get the job done and who is happy to be on call 24/7 to react to last minute demands.  You will be very confident, have a resilient character and a great sense of humour at the same time.  A passion for design or anything creative will be an advantage.

The ideal candidate for this role will:

• Have worked in a high profile PA role in the past covering both business and personal support
• Have a background working within or have a passion for creativity or design
• Be willing to travel at short notice when required
• Be willing to work outside of normal 9-5 hours and be on call 24/7

On offer is a basic salary to £50,000 (neg for the right candidate)
