HR Assistant

London West & Middx • Temporary - £10.00 per hour

My client is a luxury fashion company based in London. My client is a well established international company who have a range of luxury clothing lines covering simple day wear to extravagant evening wear.

This is a fantastic chance to build HR experience with this renown, world known company.

Description:

The role on offer is for an HR Administrator working for a 6 month fixed term contract. The main responsibilities will include:

  • General HR Administration
  • Updating the database with personal details
  • Organising work placements
  • Ensuring that all HR post is distributed on time
  • Answering all incoming calls
  • The maintenance of organisational charts
  • Inputting holiday forms into the HR system
  • Processing payroll details including holiday, flexible working hours and company loans

 

Profile:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Have a proven background in HR Administration
  • A confident and efficient phone manner
  • Hardworking and organised
  • The ability to prioritise
  • A mature attitude and logical approach to work
  • Experience of using an HR system

Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.

On offer is a 6 month fixed term contract paying £20000 pro rata.
