Description:
The role on offer is for an HR Administrator working for a 6 month fixed term contract. The main responsibilities will include:
- General HR Administration
- Updating the database with personal details
- Organising work placements
- Ensuring that all HR post is distributed on time
- Answering all incoming calls
- The maintenance of organisational charts
- Inputting holiday forms into the HR system
- Processing payroll details including holiday, flexible working hours and company loans
Profile:
The ideal candidate will have:
- Have a proven background in HR Administration
- A confident and efficient phone manner
- Hardworking and organised
- The ability to prioritise
- A mature attitude and logical approach to work
- Experience of using an HR system
Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
What's on offer
On offer is a 6 month fixed term contract paying £20000 pro rata.
