Description:

As a Payroll Project Team Leader you will report into the Operations Manager and your duties will include:

  • To support the run and delivery of the monthly payroll
  • Provide support and advice to all parties internal and external
  • Responsible for supporting the end to end delivery of all Payroll related/impacting projects, incorporating change and business migration to agreed time scales
  • Responsible for migration of business data to and from group payroll
  • Managing a team of individuals

Profile:

To succeed within this role you will have the following attributes:

  • Strong technical payroll ability
  • Strong understanding of payroll financial's
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team

 

Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
