International Payroller

·         Managing all pay queries ensuring corrective action is taken, and communicated to appropriate personnel within three working days

·         Managing telephone enquiries and correspondence ensuring all is actioned in accordance with internal SLAs and requested time frames·         Providing information to government bodies and other third parties in line with requested timeframes and the Data Protection Act

·         Maintaining and input NI Exemptions, input P45/P46 forms, distribute P45 (leaver) forms, input all statutory payments and complete the necessary forms as required

·         Maintaining payroll legislative knowledge for UK, Irish, Offshore and Expats

·         Assisting with the production and management of KPI’s and internal and external audits

·         Assisting with the training of payroll administrators

·         Actioning the attachment of Earnings, Deduction of Earnings and Child Support Agency deductions

·         Ensuring all timesheet exceptions/time errors are investigated and corrected prior to payroll cut off

·         Ensuring departmental processes and procedures are adhered to including raising BACS, same day and cheque payments, preparing pay advances in line with policy, reconciliation of control accounts and preparation and input of journals where required

·         Deputising for Payroll Supervisor, as required

The right candidate will have worked ideally on an Irish and/or other international payroll. 

You will have also worked in a high volume payroll environment and if you have used SAP that would be advantageous.

Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
