This organisation is a global design and construction consultancy firm, excelling in vast construction projects.
Description:
The HR Administrator will be working in London to support a project implemented by the organisation. The successful candidate will be covering a number of duties within this organisation.
- Payroll administration; managing all payroll activity for all client and contractors, liaising with relevant third parties.
- New starters/Leavers administration
- Maintenance of the HR database
- Completion of all administrative support for the HR functions.
The role will be busy, fast paced and the successful candidate will be essential to the project.
Profile:
The ideal candidate will have a proven background in HR, in particular working with payroll and be able to work under their own initiative.
Key skills include:
- Familiarity with HR databases
- Excellent organisational skills
- Strong computer literacy
- Good customer service.
The ideal candidate will have a positive manner, be engaging and work well both individually and within a team.
Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
