Payroll Manager

Victoria, London • Temporary - £15.00 per hour

 

Description:

A number of clients in the Victoria area are looking for candidates who have managed payroll teams and high volumes of timesheets.

The role is most suitable for those who are immediately available or on one weeks notice.

Profile:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing a team of 4 payroll assistants
  • Ensuring all payroll information is collated in a timely manner
  • Preparing, calculating and inputting manual salary changes, start, leavers, pensions, National Insurance, SSP, SMP and Student Loans
  • Assisting in the audit check of payroll information
  • Producing monthly payroll schedules
  • Facilitating the running of the payroll on a monthly basis and produce cost reports
  • Ensuring that the year end procedure is prepared in a timely manner
  • Dealing with telephone and written enquiries

Successful candidates should have previously managed a payroll team and have strong interpersonal communication skills.

This position provides offers an excellent hourly rate and benefits package.
