Description:
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will join a sales team aimed at developing a portfolio of corporate clients to provide a comprehensive solution.
You will benefit from the reputation of a global leader and continued training.
Typically your role will include:
- Identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships and managing a database
- Developing a network of candidates and managing their aspirations and career search.
- Managing your clients' and candidates' recruitment process from initial interview to offer stage
- Focus on the importance of service delivery and client relationship management
- Meeting and selling to corporate clients - both new and established
- Developing your market by building your portfolio of specific clients
- Presenting to all levels from SME's to large Blue Chip clients

Profile:
We are looking for applicants to have a successful recruitment background or be able to show success in a target orientated sales environment. You will possess excellent communication skills, be of smart appearance and competitive by nature.
The successful candidate will have worked to structured sales targets and this should be detailed on your CV.
