About our client:
My client is a rapidly expanding business within the health care industry
Description:
Main responsibilities include:
- To effectively coordinate the demands of the Managing Director
- To prepare information packs and records as required for planned business meetings / events
- Diary management
- Arranging travel and accommodation
- Taking minutes in meetings
- Accepting phone calls on behalf of the Managing Director
- Carry out assignments assigned by the Managing Director relating to both business and social activities
- Accompany the Managing Director as and when required, involving a significant amount of travel, with overnight stays as and when required.
- To be available outside of working hours as and when required by the Managing Director
Profile:
Essential Skills / Experience
- Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential
- Excellent communication skills
- IT Literate, with knowledge in MS Office
- Self motivated
Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
