About our client:

My client is a rapidly expanding business within the health care industry

Description:

Main responsibilities include:

  • To effectively coordinate the demands of the Managing Director
  • To prepare information packs and records as required for planned business meetings / events
  • Diary management
  • Arranging travel and accommodation
  • Taking minutes in meetings
  • Accepting phone calls on behalf of the Managing Director
  • Carry out assignments assigned by the Managing Director relating to both business and social activities
  • Accompany the Managing Director as and when required, involving a significant amount of travel, with overnight stays as and when required.
  • To be available outside of working hours as and when required by the Managing Director

 

Profile:

Essential Skills / Experience

  • Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential
  • Excellent communication skills
  • IT Literate, with knowledge in MS Office
  • Self motivated

Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
