Description:
This hands on role working with the accounts and commercial teams will help deliver the company’s business plan. Working for the Finance Director responsible for day one financial performance reporting to group, preparing monthly management accounts, factory accounting including the management and analysis of costing systems (actual and standard), management of the Company’s cash flow within the banking facility available, detailed financial budgets, forecasts and cash flows. You will also prepare and take responsibility for all monthly bank reconciliations and accruals, prepayments, sales ledger, purchase ledger, VAT, PAYE/NI, stock, assets, manage company debt collection.
Profile:
The successful candidate will have;
· Have studied towards a professional Accountancy qualification, ie ACCA/CIMA/AAT
· Experience in preparing financial forecasts, budgets and cash flow statements
· Ability to lead and motivate staff during periods of significant change
· Excellent IT skills, including high competence with MS Excel
· Excellent time management, communication and organisational skills.
· Thorough, accurate and able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
