My client is based in Durham and is looking for a Payroll clerk

Description:

As a payroll clerk the candidate will be: 

Responsible for the payment of staff salaries and wages

·          Inputting information onto the payroll system

·          Arranging payments to be made to employees

·          Making payments to HMRC for tax and N.I.

·          Reconciliation of salaries

·          Dealing with payroll queries

Profile:

A Payroll clerk who has knowledge of the role, and has knowledge of relevant systems.

Can work in a busy environment.

Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
