Description:
The role will be on a permanent basis although there are some fixed term contracts also available, you will be working as part of a team taking inbound calls for a variety of general customer services issues. Working hours are Monday - Friday 9-5.30 with 1 hour for lunch.
Profile:
We are looking for people with a strong background in customer services and a passion for 'going the extra mile' for customers. Excellent communication skills are essential.
Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
