Description:
The main duties of the role are as follows;
- Provide day to day guidance and advice on HR and employment law issues.
- Responsible for all recruitment at HQ.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of policies.
- HR admin i.e. contracts, exit interviews.
- Assist with grievances and disciplinaries.
- Project work
- Assist with monthly payroll.
Profile:
The ideal candidate will have worked as a HR officer and be CIPD qualified.
Previous experience of dealing with grievances and disciplinaries will be needed.
Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
