Description:
The role of the HR Advisor is to provide administrative support as well as being responsible for all ER issues and disciplinary procedures. There will also be the additional tasks of providing support to project work and business development. This role is a full on and busy position designed to develop and progress the right person for the role.
Profile:
The ideal candidate will possess;
- A solid background as a HR advisor
- A current background in fashion retail within a HR position
- A Degree qualification
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Organised nature with exceptional attention to detail
- Well presented and professional
