Description:
Located in Swarovski's prestigious new Chiswick Park head office and reporting directly into the Controlling Manager, the Business / Retail Analyst will be responsible for the following:
- Manage scheduled reports which aim to add value to the UK retail estate through improved cost and performance measurement
- Supporting and improving compliance with retail administrative processes
- Reports include weekly, monthly and quarterly reports involving sales, sales KPI, stock, costs, loss prevention, HR KPI and footfall / conversion information
- Add value through interpretation of trends identified from key reports
- Support the further development of management reporting functions across other parts of the UK business
- Assist in departmental costs reviews and annual budget process
- Building effective working relationships with the National Sales Manager, Regional Sales Manager, Loss Prevention Advisor,Human Resources and Merchandising department
Profile:
Desirable applicants will:
- Have exposure within a developed multisite retailer
- Have strong analytical abilities
- Have strength of character, and ability to communicate with the management team on an interpersonal level
- Have a working knowledge of MS Office - Ideally an advanced user of MS Excel
Remuneration will include a salary between £28,000 - £32,000 plus an excellent additional benefits package.
Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
