Description:
HR Advisor within shared services
- The HR Advisor plays a pivotal role in managing line manager/employee people related issues and queries and where necessary liaising further with operational Human Resources teams to deliver the appropriate response and solution in line with company Polices and processes.
- In the areas covered by case management, e.g. disciplinary, grievance, sickness, under performance, and dismissal; the HR Advisor provides guidance to line managers and employees at the informal stages of the process.
- Working as part of a team providing HR advice to line managers and employees; company wide, and across a full range of employment contracts, policies and processes.
Profile:
HR Advisor
- Track record in HR Advisory roles.
- Experience of working in a customer focused HR environment
- Willingness to take responsibility and assume ownership for answering queries and resolving issues.
- Ability to exercise good judgment in making decisions regarding HR issues and recognising scope of own authority.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and on own initiative.
- Able to produce concise, clear and accurate written communication.
- Knowledge of SAP system including a HR and Payroll where appropriate.
Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
