About our client:

Based in Bradford, our client is a leading player in the retail sector looking to add a Payroll Analyst to their finance function.

Description:

The duties of this position will entail User Acceptance Testing of the business's current payroll system to ensure smooth operation of weekly and monthly payroll. The objective of the position is to maintain and identify improvements to existing business processes in line with agreed standards.

Identifying the cause of user problems, following business processes to resolve or escalate where necessary, liaising with other areas of the business including HR and external parties.

If you are currently or have previously worked on implementation projects with regards to payroll, this is an excellent opportunity for any payroll professional.

Profile:

The successful candidate for this position will be:

  • Previous knowledge of Payroll implementation and business improvements - essential
  • Excellent attention to detail - essential
  • Ability to deal with third parties and build key relationships within other areas of the business - essential
  • Understanding of payroll legislation - essential

Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
