PA/Business Support Assistant

London City/EC • Permanent • £28000 - £32000

Description:

A truly hands on role for an experienced Team PA with Executive level Committee meeting minute taking experience. Day to day duties will include the following:
  • Minute taking for Board and Committee meetings of up to 20 per month
  • Coordination of all Board and Committee meetings including scheduling and follow up of action points
  • General administrative duties 
  • Production of high calibre presentations and reports 
  • Printing, binding and collating of reports and meeting packs
  • PA duties to team of 25
  • Diary management
  • Travel arrangements
  • Booking of meeting rooms
  • Ad-hoc project work

Profile:

The successful candidate will:
  • have advanced IT skills
  • have experience supporting a large team
  • be an excellent organiser
  • have fantastic attention to detail
  • be adept at keeping to strict deadlines
  • offer ideas on how to improve systems and processes
  • have experience of a large volume of minute taking at Board level
  • have a hands on, can-do attitude
