About our client:
My client is a well known professional services company which operate across the UK. Due to recent increase in demand and predicted growth they are searching for a Sales Trainer to assist their contact centre staff in delivering top tier service.
Description:
- Develop, deliver, evaluate and implement training solutions for internal delivery
- To work closely with the sales departments including the Contact Centre, in a pivotal role to help them achieve their KPIs
- Review standard operating procedures and all training manuals and update where necessary
- Evaluate the effectiveness of all training provided through on going observations, feedback, and pre and post course statistics
- Maintain employee’s Training & Development records on a regular basisMaintain a high standard of quality training materials at all times
Profile:
We are ideally looking for those candidates with:
- Strong sales background
- Confidence to deliver lessons from their own experience
- Experience in speaking to groups of people
- Contact centre experience
- Genuine passion for customer service
- Excellent communication skills
- Pride in their sales background
- Drive to consistently aim and hit targets
Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
