Description:
- Assist with the production of monthly payroll for the UK Group companies on a timely and accurate basis.
- Ensure timely payment of all HMRC PAYE payments within the due date along with the production and reconciliation of HMRC year end payroll reporting returns.
- Assist in the production of Group UK companies P11D's for all employees.
- Assist the payroll manager to resolve any payroll related queries for UK Group companies and employees.
- Liaise with other divisions and HR department to collate all relevant payroll data for input on a monthly basis.
- daily cashiering function: entering payments and transfers onto the online banking facility. Ensure that all banking is done on a daily basis and cash sheets are updated.
- General Ad hoc finance functions and reporting.
Profile:
Ideally you will have a combination of Payroll and Accounts experience in order to maximise your potential within this role.
Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
