Description:
- This role is primarily as a senior interface between the business and the HR team.
- You will be a key point of contact to discuss any escalated issues from the business.
- As a senior member of staff you will be expected to imbed a culture of quality and excellent customer service across all HR processes.
- This will include maintaining and improving the current training framework to ensure training needs are fulfilled.
Profile:
- Ideally CIPD Qualified or Part Qualified
- Good exposure to working in a shared service centre environment
- HR Generalist experience
- Exposure to payroll, TUPE and HMRC operations would also be advantageous
- SAP Knowledge
- Fantastic communicator
Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
