Senior HR Co-ordinator/SAP Super User

Oldham • Permanent • £23000 - £26000

Description:

  • This role is primarily as a senior interface between the business and the HR team.
  • You will be a key point of contact to discuss any escalated issues from the business.
  • As a senior member of staff you will be expected to imbed a culture of quality and excellent customer service across all HR processes.
  • This will include maintaining and improving the current training framework to ensure training needs are fulfilled.

Profile:

  • Ideally CIPD Qualified or Part Qualified
  • Good exposure to working in a shared service centre environment
  • HR Generalist experience
  • Exposure to payroll, TUPE and HMRC operations would also be advantageous
  • SAP Knowledge
  • Fantastic communicator

 

Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
